Prime Rib

 You guys. Yesterday I completed one of my goals for January. I made prime rib.

Turns out, prime rib is not that hard to make. (It's much harder to actually find it. My regular grocery store didn't have it. My favorite foodie store didn't have it. Meat market was the winner.) 

It's like roast chicken. You just season and stick it in the oven until it's properly cooked. 

So I made prime rib. And it was good.

I made a prime rib once to impress a guy I was dating at the time, but that didn't work. Maybe I should consider making one for Stephen? :)

That looks amazing! Good job! It's funny how people are so intimidated by a huge slab of meat ... but really you just stick it in the oven and it's done!
