I may have mentioned once or twice that my sister is getting married this weekend. As maid of honor, I have the opportunity to give a speech.
And I've had the first part of that speech pretty much composed mentally since they got engaged.
But it's the last bit that I'm struggling with. What do I close with? I think customarily the close of these speeches focuses on words of advice or inspiration for the newly-wedded couple.
One problem with that. I'm not married. Who am I to give out marital advice?
So if you've got any suggestions or ideas, I'm wide open.

Just close with a blessing on the new couple, wishing them a lifetime of happiness. that's it.
I agree with Michele . . . I don't think you need to give advice, you just need to wish them the best. :)
