Grey's Anatomy S4ep9

Again, so sorry for the delay everyone. But I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a great time in Vegas! And no, I didn't win anything :(

Is Izzie seriously trying to specialize in cardio-thoracic? It's not a specialty I see her doing well in.

Meredith chickened out...again. And Derek is making a new friend. Yay for maybe they're actually breaking up this time!

I LOVED seeing Bailey at home but am so sad she's having trouble juggling work and home. I was so hoping we wouldn't see her do that and only hope she manages to avoid the storm that's clearly brewing, although I suspect she won't.

Alex got called out once again on being a jerk - well maybe not to his face, but who's surprised? Not me. He's got his own trunks of issues that we haven't even begun to learn about. Just wish Lexie didn't have to get hurt in the process as I'm liking her more with every episode. But she was right when she was talking to Ava/Rebecca - Sloane is insanely hot!

Seth Green's character is cute. Trying so hard to impress Lexie and make her laugh.

It's hard to believe there are still people in this country who can be so racist, but unfortunately it's a reality that the rest of us need to realize. I loved how Bailey was determined to rise above the situation...and of course how she declared she's never again to be called the 'Nazi' - and I think Cristina and George wholeheartedly agreed with her.

The whole situation with the EMTs (paramedics?) was heartbreaking. I can't even imagine being in a situation where you know death is inevitable but you're trying to be brave for the rest of the people there. It'd be so terrifying. Kinda like the girl that was impaled on the pole in season 2 or was that season 1??
