I think the majority of the population want to be healthy and trim down on the pounds. (I know this girl definitely does.) As with all things, the road to reaching these goals begins first with education. I stumbled across this today and thought I'd share with those of you who, like me, strive to make healthier choices. It's pictures of various foods and beverages all at 200 calories. It's definitely interesting to see how many apples you get compared to M&M's for 200 calories.
